Shipping policy
All orders are packed and shipped from Vancouver, Canada via Canada Post. We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- Small Standard Shipping starts from $3.95 CAD.
- Standard Lettermail starts from $5.00 CAD.
- Tracked Parcel Shipping is charged at the flat rate shown at checkout.
- Free standard shipping is available on retail orders of $65 CAD or more.
The shipping method used for free standard shipping depends on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery methods
Small Standard Shipping and Standard Lettermail are sent via Canada Post Lettermail where eligible. Lettermail does not include tracking and delivery is estimated at 2–10 business days within Canada.
Orders that are too large or heavy for Lettermail are sent using a tracked Canada Post parcel service. Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days, depending on the destination and service used.
Packaging
Orders are carefully packaged in a sturdy hard-backed kraft envelope or corrugated mailer, depending on the size of the order. Larger orders may require additional protective materials, like packing paper.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, postal delays, or periods of high shipping volume. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@fromlyla.ca with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are shipped using the most appropriate Canada Post service based on the size and destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to your Shopify invoice before payment.
